CV Clinics are a success with TEC Partners

TEC Partners collaborated with UTC Reading to provide students with CV Clinics with leading academic and industry partners.

The idea of one-to-one CV Clinics first came from Melissa Porter from specialist technical recruitment agency TEC Partners during the UTC Careers Fair in October 2019.

Melissa happily agreed to return to UTC Reading to offer further slots to year 12 and 13 students, this time with Chloe McClean from the University of Portsmouth, Steve Tattum from Sage, Jodie Evans from Oxford Brookes University and Emily Archer from Brunel University London.

Once more, students found these sessions invaluable, getting help on creating strong CVs that will represent them in their best light to prospective employers.

Paul Kitley, co-founder of TEC Partners, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with UTC Reading for the second year running to help students prepare for future job searching.

“It is important for us to give something back into the local community and give our future leaders of tomorrow the necessary skills to assist them in finding a job in their chosen career path.”

TEC Partners are a specialist technology recruitment and executive search consultancy who work with clients in digital, information technology and engineering sectors to deliver talented individuals into permanent, contract and interim roles.

We would like to thank TEC Partners for the continued success of the CV Clinics and look forward to working with them in the future to provide our students with their invaluable help.
