Opportunities presented to students at Microsoft HQ

On Tuesday 21 June, the whole of Year 10 and our Year 12 BTEC students visited Microsoft HQ.

Students were inspired as they were able to go on a full tour of the site. They also attended several talks by Microsoft employees and put their computing skills to the test as they took part in an hour of coding.

As well as this, students were able to enjoy their break in the Xbox lounge and were given a pizza lunch. We are extremely grateful to Microsoft for being so accommodating and helping inspire our pupils throughout the day.

The trip was highly enjoyable and helped encourage many of our students to become excited about potential career opportunities with Microsoft after they leave school.
