A World of Work day tested Year 10s and fine-tuned their employability skills yesterday when they were set a series of challenges:
- To create a Thames Water network that would supply customers quickly and on budget.
- To complete a professional qualifications ‘test fest’ – well done to our highest scorers – Noah 820/1000 in MOS Powerpoint; Hisham 792/1000 in Python (ITS); and Jared 765/1000 in Adobe Photoshop.
- To get what they can from our Alumni Speed Networking session – getting careers insight and inspiration from former UTCR students.
