Testimonials

The Pipeline Programme launched at UTC Reading in September 2018 featuring Equinix, Microsoft, Fujitsu, Network Rail, Costain, SSE, PBA, NTT Security, KBR, Airbyte, John Lewis Partnership, Salesforce and AWE. The programme is for partners that are seeking a steady annual intake of apprentices at Level 3, Level 4 or at Degree Apprenticeship level. During a Pipeline Programme we work with the partner to craft an integrated programme of all of the engagement activities described in the Partner Engagement Brief.  Rather than choosing from the range of engagement activities the UTC runs, you would be involved in all aspects and focus your effort on a cohort of students from years 12 and 13. Check out our Talent Pipeline Development Programme structure for further details.

If you are interested in supporting UTC Reading students by offering a Pipeline Programme for UTC students then please email Michael Halliday at Michael.halliday@utcreading.org.uk or call 0118 938 1020 to discuss how you could get involved.
