Last week, UTC Reading hosted an informative and supportive evening for people with an interest in autism.
On Monday 8 May we were delighted to welcome Kathie Bowden, who came to UTC Reading to deliver an inspiring talk on her career in STEM (science technology, engineering and mathematics).
On Monday 8 May, UTC Reading welcomed students from The Watford UTC and Easthamstead Park School to a joint revision session for GCSE computing.
UTC Reading ran an exclusive event for prospective students wanting to specialise in computing at Cisco, one of our lead partners, on Tuesday 2 May.
Students who have registered to join UTC Reading in September and who are interested in specialising in engineering were invited to attend an exclusive event with Peter Brett Associates (PBA), one of our lead partners, on Tuesday 25 April.
Prospective UTC Reading students were given the opportunity to take part in an inspiring partner event at the University of Reading on Monday 24 April.

Engineering students have been celebrating success following their final presentations of this year’s engineering Core Project.
This year’s engaging computing Core Project, run by our lead industry partner Cisco, was brought to a successful close last month as teams of students presented their project results to Cisco employees at an IoT Expo.
