Team Brunel crowned pick of the pumpkin patch
Year 10 company directors and deputies arranged their first inter-company challenge in the final week before the school broke for half term, which was deigning and carving pumpkins for Halloween during their Personal and Professional Development (PPD)/team lessons.
Each team split into four groups – Brunel, Anderson, Hawkin and Lovelace, then set about creating and submitting their designs to their team leader.
The team leader picked their favourite, which was carved into a pumpkin, while the other designs were carved into peppers.
The finished pumpkins and peppers went on display and the whole school got to pick the best company’s display.
Pick of the patch was 10 Brunel.
