Prospective students gain a glimpse of UTC life at the December open event

On Thursday 13 December, UTC Reading ran a busy Open Event for prospective students and their families.

The event, which ran from 5-7.30pm, gave visitors the chance to tour the state-of-the-art facilities, take part in activities run by the departments and sit in on a talk from Principal, Jonathan Nicholls, who also ran a Q&A session.

From UTC Reading, we want to thank all those who came along and made this event possible.

We are still accepting applications for Year 10 and Year 12 and would recommend that you apply as soon as possible to be in with the best chance of securing a spot. For more information about how to apply, please click here.

Our next evening Open Event will be held on Monday 4 February 2019; however, we are now running bi- weekly drop-in sessions. You will get the chance to meet Principal Jonathan Nicholls, ask any questions you may have and tour the facilities. This will be in very small groups, offering one-to-one guidance. The next drop in session is on Tuesday18 December 2018 at 8.30am. Please visit our events page for more information on all of our events and to register.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
